County Stone takes delivery weekly of the finest Portuguese Limestone which arrives in large slabs directly from our quarries. Our chief cutter and his saw men then get to work selecting the best pieces of stone, matching the colour and grain to produce the finest quality possible.

Once the stone has been cut and dried our stonemasons then hand tool the stone to the required specification and finish.

County Stone has a range of carved fireplaces, which are all carved by hand in a traditional way by our team of masons.
